How can I obtain a quote for Allas Chem products?

At Allas Chem, we offer over 10,000 products listed on our website with real-time inventory updates. You can request a quotation in two ways: register online and submit your inquiry from our RFQ list for a quick response, or email us at (put email) with your product details. While we aim to provide quotations within 24 hours, custom synthesis products may take up to 2-3 days.

Upon receipt of a quotation from Allas Chem, customers should send a formal purchase order with billing and shipping details, PO number, pack size requirements, and logistics preference. Allas Chem will issue a proforma invoice for pre-payment, and upon receiving remittance proof, initiate the dispatch process.

Logistics charges will be added to the basic quotation. For international clients, shipping using our FedEx account incurs a fee of 7,400 INR. Domestic shipments enjoy free delivery. Duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the client. We recommend clients include their FedEx or DHL account number if they prefer to use it for booking.

Allas Chem provides quotations based on specified quantities and pack sizes. Any changes to pack sizes must be communicated during the quotation process. Depending on the product, multiple packs may incur additional charges. Each product is dispatched with a weighing slip accurate to two decimal points, including the tare weight of the vial and cap.

We typically provide proactive updates to clients biweekly, especially for products with longer lead times or significant deviations in delivery times. However, please note that quoted timelines are optimistic and actual delivery may depend on the experimental outcome of the synthesis project.

At Allas Chem, standards will be dispatched to new clients upon pre-payment. Returning customers' payment terms will be determined based on their business exposure. Any alternative payment terms must be confirmed with Allas Chem before releasing a purchase order.

Allas Chem ensures that all products are stable for shipping at room temperature unless stated otherwise. If special temperature conditions are needed, we'll inform the customer accordingly. Depending on the product nature, shipments may be either cool or temperature-controlled, with additional charges for temperature-controlled shipments including a data logger. Any extra charges will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

For in-stock products, delivery times vary depending on location. Typically, FedEx delivers within 4-5 working days, pending smooth customs clearance in the destination countries, which is the client's responsibility. Upon arrival at customs, FedEx or DHL will contact the customer for clearance instructions. Allas Chem will offer assistance with the necessary documentation for shipment clearance, including products and invoices before the shipment reaches the airport.

At Allas Chem, we offer cargo mode dispatch based on customer needs and destination countries. Customers can provide logistics partner details in advance, or we can arrange clearance in India for a fee. Delivery times vary, with FedEx typically delivering within 4-5 working days, pending smooth customs clearance. FedEx or DHL will contact customers for clearance instructions upon package arrival at customs, with Allas Chem providing necessary documentation support beforehand.

What documents will Allas Chem provide upon purchase?

At Allas Chem, our standards include COA, IR, Mass, HPLC/GC/ELSD purity, NMR, and TGA weight loss. Chiral products feature chiral purity data. Additional tests like 13C NMR, SOR, Moisture Content, SER, qNMR, and Residual on Ignition are available upon request, with possible extra charges.

Allas Chem standards undergo in-house purity analysis, supplemented by NMR, with options for comparison with pharmacopeial standards and traceability studies available on request.

Allas Chem provides standards supported with detailed characterization data and potency information. These can serve as alternatives to EP or USP standards, as regulatory agencies do not mandate the use of primary standards exclusively. The decision to use secondary standards rests with the user.

At Allas Chem, we ensure that the standards you receive have a minimum validity of one year upon dispatch.

At Allas Chem, potency is determined for our products using TGA and HPLC purity, with sensitive items assessed via qNMR.

At Allas Chem, a re-certified Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for up to 2 years from the purchase date at no additional cost, provided the product is in stock. COAs also include information on product stability, ensuring efficient utilization.

Allas Chem ensures chiral purity by analyzing stereoisomers against racemic mixtures or other isomers. Depending on the product, Allas Chem may also analyze enantiomeric excess on a case-by-case basis.

Allas Chem standards should be stored between 2-8°C for long-term storage, as indicated on the container label and COA. Specific storage instructions vary by lot and can be found on the product label. If no instructions are provided, store at room temperature, avoiding moisture, light, freezing, and excessive heat.
